Dear Editor,

I was very interested in the discussion on CD and vinyl collections. The member who asked for advice on what to do with CDs also mentioned the ridiculous prices asked for LPs.

This is something I am very much aware of having spent a small fortune on getting a good, listenable Lyrita collection. I succeeded (almost), but I know that many times I paid prices which were far too high for records that I had hoped were good yet turned out to be a disappointment.

However, there is one elusive record which I have as yet been unable to obtain: this is SRCS 109 with the Malcolm Arnold Dances. There are copies available out there but these seem to be ridiculously over-priced.

I have obtained records from some BMS members before and they always were fine copies. Might any of members have a copy of this record which they would be willing to part with for a reasonable charge to help complete my collection? If not might there be any suggestions as to where I might be able to source this.

Kind regards,
