The short BMS EGM will take place at 5.30pm on Saturday 10th May at St Barnabas Church, Pitshanger Lane, Ealing  W5, and on zoom followed by a performance by Ealing Symphony Orchestra.

There are two resolutions under consideration which will empower the three members of the BMS committee to better utilise BMS resources:

  • Resolution 1 – the BMS moves its archive from paid  storage in Romford to the free storage offered by the Vice-Chairman  John Gibbons,  at his home in Oxford
  • Resolution 2 – the officers use some of the saved money from Resolution 1 to enable the running of the administration of the BMS membership through an online company, such as Revolution Arts.

BMS members attending the EGM in person can book discounted tickets for the Ealing Symphony Orchestra concert that follows at 7pm using the following online code BMSESO20250510 on the orchestra’s website
