The world premiere of an arrangement of Constant Lambert’s ballet score Horoscope will take place at a recital next month.
Ben Costello and Joseph Tong will join forces on two beautifully matched Bluthner grands to present an imaginative programme of rarely heard British music for two pianos.
The recital will take place on Thursday 25 April, 6.30pm at New Maldon Methodist Church, High Street, New Malden, KT3 4BY
The programme will include:
- William Mathias Suite Parisienne
- Madeleine Dring Three Fantastic Variations on ‘Lilliburlero’
- Richard Rodney Bennett Four Piece Suite
- Constant Lambert, arr. Costello Suite from Horoscope
