The Malcolm Arnold Society, a charitable organisation formed in 1991, is keen to find an experienced digital media person for the voluntary role of Digital Marketing Manager to help it to communicate with existing members as well as attract a younger audience to appreciate the works of a very talented composer.

The society exists to promote the work of Malcolm Arnold (1921 – 2006) who created a very impressive catalogue of unique classical, film and brass band music.

It has several exciting plans for the current year including:

  • a brand new CD along with Foden’s Band, ranked as the world’s No. 1 brass band, featuring many previously unrecorded tracks
  • regular live webinars featuring Malcolm’s music and insights into his life and works with a variety of musicians/presenters.

Potential applicants need not have a great musical knowledge as this exists within current members and the organising committee, however, an ability to promote to a variety of ages and groups would be particularly valued.
