Song Recital

A lunchtime concert at Purley Classics featuring Peter Edge (baritone) and John Whittaker (piano). The programme includes a selection of songs composed by John Whittaker, including the song cycle “By Each Hedge and Hill” and the cantata “The Manner of the Worlde Nowadays”, based on the words of the Tudor poet John Skelton.
