Silence and Music

Inspired by the final words of Vaughan Williams’ late masterpiece Silence and Music: “and music wakes from silence, where it slept”, Londinium returns to regular concert-giving by celebrating the power of music to sustain, heal, unite and uplift. This 7.30pm concert of a cappella choral music features works by Tomkins, Gibbons, Purcell, Vaughan Williams, Harris, Clarke, Leighton, Hughes and Briggs.
